1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by 9Mil Ltd (“9Mil”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website at 9mil.io and any related products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

9Mil provides AI-powered growth infrastructure, automation systems, and related consulting services for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to: Done-For-You (DFY) AI growth system installations, DIY Growth Kit digital products, Growth Audits, and ongoing support and optimisation packages.

3. Payments and Billing

All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees for the services you have selected.

For subscription-based services, billing occurs on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

DIY Growth Kit: We offer a 14 day refund guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Access to the kit will be revoked upon refund.

Done-For-You (DFY) Services: Due to the nature of custom implementation work, refunds are not available once work has begun. If work has not commenced, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, workflows, templates, and materials provided by 9Mil remain the intellectual property of 9Mil Ltd unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials provided as part of your purchased service for your own business operations. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicence any materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9Mil Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue increases, or lead generation figures. Results depend on numerous factors including your market, execution, and business model.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably determine is harmful to our business, other users, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
